Today is the 35th wedding anniversary of veteran broadcaster Soni Irabor and CEO of Genevieve Magazine Betty Irabor, and to celebrate, the lovely couple have been sharing memories on social media.
Betty Irabor is a Nigerian columnist, philanthropist, writer, publisher and founder of Genevieve magazine. She formerly has column at Black & Beauty magazine UK. She also has a foundation that promotes breast cancer awareness, early detection and treatment.
Prior to establishing Genevieve Magazine in 2003, she had previously worked as a freelance writer for ThisDay, and Vanguard newspapers and contributed a few columns for Black & Beauty magazine UK.
Soni is an award winning media icon; broadcaster, advertising practitioner, media manager,
communications consultant and speech trainer, talk-show host and toastmaster of international repute. He airs one of Nigeria’s most popular radio and TV talk-show, ‘Soni Irabor Live (SIL).’ With a career of over three decades spanning radio and TV broadcast and Film.The couple got married on 29th July 1983 and are blessed with two children.
