What is a whitlow? A whitlow is a painful and highly contagious infection on the fingers caused by the herpes simplex virus. It is also known as herpetic whitlow. A whitlow can cause pain , itching, redness or swelling on your fingers.
A whitlow often resolves without treatment in two to three weeks. However, your health care provider may prescribe medications to reduce symptoms such as pain or itching. If you experience frequent or severe cases of whitlow, your heath care provider may prescribe antiviral medications to prevent or limit the severity of future infections.
However, some people claim that inserting finger on vagina can cure whitlow.
Careless mother, Omowunmi Taiwo did unthinkable in the name of curing
the withlow on her son's finger. Do you think she did the right thing in the first place? She posted it herself on Facebook. According to her."To avoid Withlow on the finger of my little son of 2years, I inserted his finger inside my vagina. I didn't know the boy wasn't sleeping. Come and see yawa for church the next day when my boy walk up to one of our big mummies in church, showing her the finger and said my mummy put my finger in her bombom, ye mogbe. Thank God she is the one who told me to do it, and they were just like two or there that day. That boy eh en."
A Nigerian man also narrated how inserting fingers in Vagina cured his withlow. According to him "The last time i had whitlow, the experience was not palatable at all until i did something "weird". My woman could not bear to see a strong man like me in so much pains and she suggested i put my thumb(finger with the whitlow) in her vagina for 20 minutes. I did this for 6 days and i can tell you that it worked. Because the pus started to ooze on its own on the seventh day.I think the warmth and microflora in the vagina did the magic."
