Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) has developed a very
'fanciful' dangerous mobile application targeted at indoctrinating
children into the system. The Mobile App called " Huroof" (meaning
Arabic Alphabets
or Letters) is programmed to teach children the Arabic Alphabets with the aid of guns, military tanks and cannons.
Federal Government of Nigeria has alerted Nigerians to the existence of a
newly-launched mobile application and urged members of the public in
general and parents in particular to be vigilant and to prevent their
children and wards from being indoctrinated.
