Ahead of the 2019 elections, the National Assembly joint committee on the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, on Monday approved the sum of N143 billion.
The committee approved the sum which President Muhammadu Buhari had earlier in the year presented to the legislature but refused to approved N45.6bn proposed to be vired from the 2019 budget.
