During the APC campaign rally in Ogun state, President Buhari had to endure long moments of jeering crowd and there were even three instances where missiles were thrown by thugs carrying APM and Governor Ibikunle Amosun's banner. Security officials could be seen blocking the president as thugs kept throwing things even after the Governor begged them.
President Muhammadu Buhari was stoned at the APC rally in Ogun state. They booed at President Buhari while some threw empty water bottles at him prompting security officials to quickly form a shield. Ogun State people booed and stoned Buhari at the APC rally today. Security men had to block the stones from hitting Buhari’s head.

The MKO Abiola International Stadium, Abeokuta, venue of the rally, was being manned by heavy security personnel, comprising Army, Police, DSS and NSCDC officials. Tension began to build up when it became clear that APC supporters loyal to Amosun and Abiodun as well as loyalists of the Allied People’s Movement (APM) gubernatorial candidate, Hon. Adekunle Akinlade were desperate to outshine one another. Amosun, who is opposed to the candidature of Abiodun, is supporting Akinlade as his anointed governorship candidate. At some point, armed security agents had to disperse the surging crowd with tear gas.

What are the APC men here trying to say or defend? Why are they accusing Endy Edeson needlessly and without basis of bias??
The president was sited or was standing on a podium at a campaign rally of his political party, while a speech was going on by someone standing on the podium with the president, boos were directed at the podium and stones and other objects started flying in the direction of the podium from some disgruntled elements in the crowd. A reporter or journalist patriotically and diligently made sure that the ugly incident did not go unreported. He rightly and dutifully reported the incident and rightly titled his report, "Buhari Was Stoned & Booed At APC Ogun Rally Today" and you APC/Buhari apologists have the temerity to accuse the reporter of bias and wrong reportage! The questions you people should answer are as follows. 1, was Buhari, the president, standing on the podium or not when the people on the podium were being booed and when stones and other objects were being thrown at the people on the podium??? 2, If you APC/Buhari supporters here complaining against Endy Edeson were the reporter or the journalist, how would you people have titled or headlined your report considering the fact that the president was on the podium when the people on the podium were being booed and stones and other objects thrown at them????
You people should stop complaining unnecessarily. The reporter is right in his reportage and headline. Given the same scenario, no journalist anywhere in the world would have done differently what Endy Edeson has done here.
