The Supreme Court has struck out an appeal filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate in the last presidential election.
The appeal marked SC/738/2019 was filed against a ruling of the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC), in which it held that the Atiku and the PDP do not have a reply to an application filed on May 14, 2019 by the All Progressives Congress (APC) seeking among others, the dismissal of their (Atiku and the PDP) challenging President Muhammadu Buhari’s victory at the last presidential election.
In a ruling on Tuesday, a five-man panel led by Justice Datijo Mohammed, struck out the appeal for having become statute barred.

I'm totally surprised upon all the evidence provided by Atiku and PDP this is just infant court that don't understand really what meant by handling issues I think what was done here is any office occupied in Nigeria by appointment can't have power to execute any person that cause him/her to be in the post that is why this country needed total revolution to salvage it from collapsing if not before the end of December in this manner this country will finally collapse.

😆😆😆
I have been waiting for that breaking news since and it is finally here.
All what the court has been doing all these while was mere formality.
Do they want to unseat Bubu? Impossible

I don't really understand while you titled this piece of news as sad news. Well, to those in PDP, it is sad news. But in reality, the Supreme Court made its decision on the facts before it. You cannot lose election with a wide margin at the polls and be hoping to be declared elected in the court. Atiku/PDP based their case on wrong assumption right from the beginning. You cannot build something on nothing.
