Sowore Regains Freedom After Arrest By Security Operatives

 Activist and politician, Omoyele Sowore says he has been released after he was briefly arrested by the Department of State Services (DSS) upon his return to Nigeria on Sunday morning, September 15.

The "Revolution Now, convener revealed the arrest in a post he shared on X, then about 20 minutes later revealed he had been set free .

He wrote;

"I have just been released by the Nigerian Immigration after a brief detention and my passport released back to me. #RevolutionNow"
